Peacekeeping forces for whom and for what?

All one has to do is look at the World Atlas and they

will see the resources of a particular country. Then

one has to wonder why is there so much conflict in

certain parts of the World. "A fair exchange is no

robbery!" "Has Africa dealt with honest brokers?" Is

the reason for a proposal of a military command:

Africom, to avoid conflicts in the region like they

did in Rwanda, Darfur and Kenya? Or is it all about

resources for the peace of whom, those addicted to

oil?
